The guest rooms at Bliss Hotel are so cozy and chic! I absolutely loved the contemporary decor and the vibrant atmosphere. The TV with Canal+ channels and free WiFi were a great bonus, perfect for a karaoke and casino fan like me!
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the partially open bathrooms. But hey, that's just me!

Location close to popular resorts, and over looking a busy square- so if you like hustle and bustle this is fine
Not a great experience and would not recommend, hotel walls paper thin and could hear all in the next room, main stairs tiled so heard everyone arriving back in the evening and every door being opened! Also we had a problem in our room with the air con unit, and although the evening reception staff was helpful the morning staff were not as friendly in trying to solve the problem which meant I checked out earlier- was due to stay for 2 nights but could not bear a second night of no sleep!

Cogolin e una localita deliziosa vicino St Tropez ed il parcheggio gratuito e facile da trovare in piazza Victor Hugo.
The reception is almost absent:I booked immediately 1 triple and 1 double room throu booking since it was supposed to be the last room available and we were in 7, I am disappointed with Mrs Stephenie from Bliss reception since she did not apply the Best Rate Guaranteed duly and when I found out the day after it was not the last room but they offered the same rooms in booking at more than 80 euro less for the triple and 20 euro less for the double, I asked booking and the hotel to change my rate. Booking customer service tryied to modifie it but the hotel refused any compromise, they could have offered us the breakfast or try to be polite someway considering they were not respecting the agreement, but Mrs Stephanie just offended me saying that if every client ask for a discount they would have failed!!!Embarassing unpolite and not commercial person...be careful!!Breakfast is very expencive, no frigobar in room, room are very small.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Cogolin for my second time and it was even better than before! The location was perfect, just a 10-minute drive from St Tropez, with no issues finding parking. There was an excellent restaurant right across the street. The rooms were simple, yet comfortable with a super bed and cushions. We even received a free upgrade upon arrival. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!
Can just recommend this hotel.

There were noises from outside all night, that made us sleep poorly.

Perfectly situated at city center (next to market place), free parking close to hotel, air-condition(!) and good exterior soundproofing. Unfortunately internal soundproofing is poor (you hear every door slam), so bring your ear plugs. Other than that very recommendable.

I absolutely adored the hotel's charming and elegant decor. The beautiful furniture and tasteful decorations made me feel like I was staying in a classy and sophisticated place. The common areas were cozy and inviting, perfect for sipping a cup of tea or reading a book. As a senior woman, I really appreciated the hotel's accessibility. There were no stairs to climb, and everything was conveniently located on one floor. It made getting around so much easier and more comfortable for me.
I would have asked for a better vacation if the children working there were a bit more attentive.

Modern, nice design & decoration, comfortable and great location. Nice owner. Overall good value.
Our particular room #36 was very, very noisy!! We were woken up many times by guests and hotel staff so didn't sleep much! The hotel is aware of the problem in this room and installed a double door but it's still unacceptably loud and impossible to sleep.

On the last day, the hotel accused us for a damage on the toilet wall where towel hanger mounted and charged us eur 100,00. I have no idea how it happened or was it there before. I should have checked the room but it's the first time I was accused for such damage. Be careful and check the room first!!!

I was given a dark small room that was nothing like the pictures in the brochure. While the hotel looked good from the pictures make sure you get one of these rooms otherwise you could end up in a windowless box on the top floor where the wifi doesn't work and the price is too high for such a poor room.

Loved exploring the beautiful St-Tropez Gulf. The hotel's guided city tours and bicycle rental came in handy. Multilingual staff made it easy to communicate my demands.
The front-desk safe was so small, I couldn't fit all my diamonds in it. Quite inconvenient.

Very helpful staff. Great location right in the centre of Cogolin. Very clean rooms!
Rooms were a little pokey, and we had some noisy ish neighbours, but didn't mar our stay.

It was in a good location close to St Tropez and surrounds
The hotel staff were really helpful the whole stay but on the last day when we received a parking ticket for parking exactly where we were told by a staff member, then they were very unhelpful and told us it was our problem and implied we were lying about being told to park there which we felt was unfair as other free parking very close so there was no reason to park there other than because we were told to. Quite obviously a mis understanding but I felt the way they then turned around and handled it was incredibly rude and really upset my partner. The fine was not a lot but it really soured our whole experience and made us late in turn to return the hire car as we had to go to the police station to explain and therefore were charged for another day car hire as a result.
